Kavalaris and Film Creations Ltd. appreciate creators sharing work for consideration. This submission process exists to set clear expectations and avoid misunderstandings around confidentiality, obligations, and independent development.
Submission Terms
1. VOLUNTARY SUBMISSION - You are submitting this material voluntarily and without solicitation.
2. NO CONFIDENTIALITY - Kavalaris and Film Creations Ltd. are not agreeing to keep any submitted material confidential. Do not submit material you consider confidential or a trade secret.
3. NO OBLIGATION TO REVIEW OR RESPOND - Kavalaris and Film Creations Ltd. have no obligation to read, review, respond to, return, or provide notes on any submitted material, nor to explain any decision.
4. NO COMPENSATION AND NO RELATIONSHIP - Submission of material does not create any expectation of compensation, employment, representation, partnership, or any other business relationship.
5. SIMILARITY AND INDEPENDENT DEVELOPMENT - You understand that Kavalaris and Film Creations Ltd. may independently develop or produce projects that are similar in theme, premise, characters, settings, or other elements. Any such similarity does not imply use of, or reliance on, a submitted work.
6. RIGHTS AND AUTHORITY - You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the submitted material and have the authority to submit it under these terms.
7. NO OPTION, ATTACHMENT, OR RIGHTS IMPLIED - No rights of any kind are granted by submitting material. No option, attachment, or other agreement exists unless and until a separate written agreement is signed by the applicable parties.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE - These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute must be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Arizona.
Kavalaris and Film Creations Ltd. do not intentionally use or exploit unsolicited submission materials without express permission. Any similarity between submitted materials and projects developed or produced by Kavalaris or Film Creations Ltd. is coincidental and does not imply use of, or reliance on, a submitted work.
